QuickBooks Enterprise is the most robust version of QuickBooks currently on the market. Whether you are a growing business looking for a scalable option as you grow past Premier, or you are a company looking for Advanced Reporting, Enterprise is your ticket. Expandable (with additional license cost) to 30 users, and offers expanded list limits for companies with extensive items, customers, or vendors to manage (among other things).

QuickBooks Hosting is bundled with QuickBooks Enterprise in order to bring Enterprise cloud accounting to you. Hosting includes backups in multiple locations, and can be accessed from anywhere with an internet connection. Eliminate on premise servers and IT by going to the cloud.

Please note this is a month to month subscription product. Software will stop working if not renewed. No download required. You will be given a user id and registration information for your hosted platform.

Bandwidth Usage

Usage varies widely based on client-side Remote Desktop settings and the application being used within the environment.

  • Typical QuickBooks usage: 100-300Kbps
  • Heavy QuickBooks usage: 400-700Kbps
  • Internet Explorer: 2Mbps +
  • Microsoft Word: 80-180Kbps
  • Microsoft Word (font smoothing enabled): 150-350Kbps

Bandwidth Caps: If your network connection has a data cap (typical with mobile networks), we recommend using a data meter to track usage in order to avoid data overages.

Supported RDP Clients

Windows – RDP client version 5.2 or newer (version 6.0 or higher recommended).
Mac - RDP client 2.1.1 or newer (version 8.0 or higher recommended).
Mobile Devices – Microsoft Remote Desktop 8.0 or higher for Android or iOS.  Other 3rd party RDP applications may work, but have not been tested by Right Networks.
Linux** - rdesktop builds will allow connectivity.  If you need to print we recommend using the TSPrint rdesktop build located here: http://www.terminalworks.com/remote-desktop-printing/downloads

*Please note, Windows XP and Vista are no longer supported by Microsoft.  While people utilizing these operating systems should be able to connect, Right Networks can only provide best effort troubleshooting for connectivity, printing and scanning issues.
